Dr Parvathy Subhadra

Managing Director

Dr. Parvathy Sathish leads Green In Future in advancing sustainability through conferences, events, and research initiatives in the green and built environment sectors. She is also the Editor and Publishing Manager of Green Pulse, the organisation’s monthly digital publication.With over two decades of experience in the media industry, she is passionate about sustainability, urban greenery, and the circular economy. An agrifood subject matter expert, Dr. Parvathy mentors students and young professionals. She also serves as a Country Council Member of the World Agriculture Forum.

Henry Sim

Chief Executive Officer of Zebrafish Capital

Henry Sim is the Chief Executive Officer of Green In Future and Zebrafish Capital. With over two decades of experience working across China and Asia, he has been involved in the development of industrial parks and cross-border collaboration platforms connecting governments, research institutions, and industry partners. He currently leads regional initiatives in agri-food systems, aquaculture technology, and sustainable supply chains, advancing practical partnerships and project implementation across Asia.

Nandini Subramanian

Chief Marketing Officer

With a background both in architecture and journalism, Nandini has a keen interest in the basic need of shelter for mankind. She has developed the passion towards learning, spreading, and facilitating awareness about sustainable living both at the unit and urban level.

Dr Deepak L. Waikar

Training Head

Dr. Deepak has been involved in education, training, research & management fields for 30+ yrs. He has served as Chairman of IEEE, Power Engineering Chapter, Singapore. He is a recipient of IEEE-PES Outstanding Power Engineers’ Award 2003 and SP Green Buddy Award 2004.His interests include Sustainable Energy, Learning & Academic Leadership, SMART Model for Talent & Leadership Development.

Environmental scientist, ecologist and engineer based in Singapore with 20+ years of work experience in the private, government, and academic sectors.His consultancy on research projects in Singapore includes for NEA, PUB, LTA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and NParks.Professor at Qatar University’s Environmental Science Centre and also consulted in UAE, ASEAN, China, and India in environmental science.

Dr Sharoul Jambari

Technical Associate - Green In Futute Malaysia

Sharoul Jambari has over 20 years of experience across the education sector, government agencies, and private industries, with expertise in industrial development and supply chain management. His work spans maintenance, manufacturing, R&D, and consultancy in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, maritime, ICT, and oil & gas. He currently serves as Head of Strategic Business Development at Technology Depository Agency (TDA), Malaysia, leading key international and domestic initiatives. Sharoul holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), specializing in green composites for ballistic applications.

Ravi Kumar is an international policy and advocacy strategist with over 25 years of experience working with governments, multilateral organisations, and Fortune 500 companies. He advises global institutions, political leaders, and corporations on policy strategy, sustainability, international trade, and diplomatic engagement. He has participated in global climate forums under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, including COP26, COP27, COP28, and COP29, and has served as a policy expert with the World Farmers Organisation since 2019. Ravi is an INSEAD alumnus with an e-Diploma in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School and is a certified professional negotiator and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACiArb).

With a background in aerosol and satellite research at IISc and experience in sustainability and policy, she now communicates climate topics creatively through visual storytelling and engaging climate-focused illustrations.
